I’m a strategy consultant and lawyer who helps SMBs navigate high-stakes strategy and legal decisions to unlock smarter growth.
Before founding CHACHULA, I practiced law at top Canadian firms and advised clients on strategic and legal matters across consumer goods, energy, technology, agriculture, and manufacturing.
My work bridges business strategy and legal insight—helping companies protect their position, manage risk, and grow with clarity.
I work flexibly with clients, offering tailored support that matches the size, stage, and needs of each business.
I hold a JD from the University of Ottawa, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, a Master’s in Environment and Sustainability, and a BA in Philosophy from Western University. I’m Called to the Bar in Ontario.
